BUCKS USED FOR 2010 KIDDINGS:

*B GOLDTHWAITE BOOTONNIERE -N1431971 LA 90/VEE @ 1-07 yr

A tall, powerful buck linebred on Felicity, from a grand-daughter of “Prince” & “Maya” (see above)

This blue roan buck sired most of our beautiful kids this year from our older proven brood does, and half of those we kept are his daughters. Three of those we showed pulled down BIS wins, and another had a GCH or such. We also had a daughter of one of his first fresheners take her BIS. We showed 4 of his daughters at Nationals this year, and all were in the ribbons, and together took 2nd Jr. Get of Sire to an older yearling group. He is bred to SGCH JEWELLIA LA/91, SGCH FELICITY LA/92, SGCH ABACADABRA LA/92, SGCH EXOTIC DANCER LA/90, and may be bred to GCH TALLY HO LA/90.

*B GCH GOLDTHWAITE C’ESTMAGNIFIQUE N001267761 LA90/VEE

A 6 yr old powerful buck who has sired several GCH does for the WHIMSICAL KIDS herd in Wyoming. A SGCH CLEMATIS son from our BON RICO. He has consistently thrown socked up udders as well as his lovely head. We have brought him home to breed SG ENCHANTED LA/91, MADELAINE LA/89 (1st freshener) his half sister from CLEMATIS & MERLIN - , TALLADEGA LA/92 our half/sister to SGCH TALAPOOSA, and he is also bred to one of our newest 2 yr old GCH does, TALLY HO LA/90 who recycled after being bred to Bootonniere. Thank you Delaney Schmer for letting us use “Rico” this year.

*B GOLDTHWAITE MAJESTY N001375762 (not appraised)

Our own 3 yr old son from SGCH CLEMATIS and MERLIN. A littermate to MISTIQUE LA/90 who was a first place winning kid at Nationals, and a full brother to our spotlight doe “MISSY” and her sister still here in our herd MADELAINE. Majesty has been on lease in Texas the past few years and has produced very exciting does for the VICTORY MEADOWS herd, and we felt it was time to bring him home. He is bred to the two does returned from Florida for the winter - XANADU (yr. daughter of Tally Ho & Booton) and AMARANTH - our 3rd place winning yearling milker at last years Nationals. We also brought him home to breed to SGCH JEWELS LA/91 who produced our lovely SG ENCHANTED LA/91 when bred to his sire Merlin.

*B GOLDTHWAITE COCHISE - N1339796 LA 80/ +VA

Cochise is our own son of our favorite SGCH CLEMATIS (91) and OSCAR, a powerful SGCH Juliette son & ½ brother to Merlin (sire of most of our SGCH does!) He is long and level and smooth, slick and throws a lot of his dairy character. I call him my “velvet” buck. He is too close to breed very often, but when we do we absolutely love his kids. This year’s appraiser did not care for him, but he did win a GCH this year and not only GCH but BIS as a yearling when shown. We kept his yearling freshening daughter from JEWELS, “JEWELLOTTI”, who is a lovely doe with one RGCH win this year and who we are milking thru. He may be bred to one or two of this year’s doelings.

*B SG GOLDTHWAITE MAGIC N001317551 LA 90/VEE

A 4 yr old buck who has been used in other herds more than ours, producing GCH and EX and does with lovely udders. He is our “magic” combination of SGCH Tallapoosa (top ten) who is his dam, and SGCH Felicity (our Bonny line) as he is out of her littermate brother Black Magic. We are excited to use him on our 10 yr old SG ADIA LA/90 (dam of GCH Hoorah, GCH Butterfly Kisses, GCH Tally Ho to name just a few), our National Show winning SGCH BRIANNCA LA/91, and our newest 2 yr old first freshening GCH DAPHNE LA/89.

*B GOLDTHWAITE BENZ N001443487 LA 89/EVV

Benz is the most correct buck I have seen in a long long time. He was sired by a full brother to SGCH Felicity & Black Magic, and was out of a SGCH Talapoosa daughter “Mercedes” (an “Oscar” daughter and dam of our Koshatta). He won a RGCH over Permanent GCH bucks as a Jr, and at least one GCH this year before turning 2. We are really exited about starting to use him in the herd and his dance card includes SGCH Ambrosia LA/91 (a Talapoosa daughter by Merlin) ,and 2 or 3 of this years doelings sired by Bootonniere and Brianna’s Chinook.

*B GOLDTHWAITE AMBRICO N001462200 LA81/+++ (yr score)

A yearling buck who sired one of our most exciting doelings this year “Tailor” from a Bootonnier daughter Turandot. Tailor is so open, dairy, and correct that she was 4th place Jr. kid at Nationals even though she was not feeling well, and took a GCH and BIS at home. We will repeat the breeding with one or two of this year’s Booton daughters. Again he was one our appraiser was not nearly as excited about as we are, but he also loved his daughter Tailor.

*B GOLDTHWAITE PURSUIT N001482198 buckling LA/VEcV

This is a breeding we have “pursued” for the past couple of years, breeding our National show winning SGCH Briannca to her maternal half brother from SGCH BRIANNA X. He came out looking just like both Briannca and Brianna, so we are hoping he will throw their wonderful udders, productivity, and long, level, wide and correct body type. We only have him slated for TAILOR at this time, but will also be breeding his littermate sister PASSION to get more of an idea of what he might throw.

Adia is both a daughter and a dam of GCH does.  She was in Oklahoma after winning every yearling milker class she entered, but contracted mastitis and never recovered the production in the one side, thus ending her own show career.  She still appraised LA 90 and earned her star - 12.7# high test , with only one side of her udder.  Her value as a brood doe has been tremendous.  She is the dam of *B Tied up in Silver, of GCH Hoorah (2nd pl.Yearling milker at '06 Nationals), GCH Butterfly Kisses, and her '07 Tally Ho who was 2nd pl. Sr. kid and part of our winning Jr.Get & 2nd Best 3 Juniors at that year's Nationals, was 7th pl. Yrl. milker at the '08 Nationals, and finished her GCH  early on this year & had several BOB wins as well.  She did not freshen in '08, had two lovely bucks this year '09, and is due early in Jan. '10 to MAGIC.       kids if offered will be $1000

Felicity was my last and favorite daughter of our Phenomenal "My Bonny Love".  She is a close breeding from her half brother "Merlin", with an exceptionally smooth and beautiful udder.  She kidded with quads from Booton this winter, and the 2 does I kept both went BIS their first show out, as well as placing high at Nationals.  The breeding to Bootonniere has been repeated and she is due in January.    Kids  $1200

Briannca is a "do it all" goat!  Her mother was our top showing doe ever, making a sweep of BIS wins at State Fairs in Wyoming, Colo, New Mexico and Texas (twice!) the year Briannca was born.  Briannca freshened as a long yearling with the same incredible udder and not only placed high only 1 month into the 2 yr old class at Nationals but finished her championship 2 mo. later.  As a 3 yr old she won her class at the National Show in Kentucky with her combination of General Appearance, Dairyness, and incredible udder, along with several BIS wins at big fairs & BOB every time shown.
This year she got too heavy  with triplets and I was unable to keep up with her hoof trimming at the time it was needed. She was uncomfortable after long trips and did not want to go into the ring, so did not show to her potential.  She did win a BIS here at home, showing she still had it in her.  She is now on a diet and bred to Magic for March.   Kids/ $1500

Sr Kid at '06 National Show. & AMARANTH (3rd pl. yr.milker '08 Nationals-  all sired by Adia's son "TIED". SGCH JEWELS 91 X MAJESTY    Due March 21

Jewels is the dam of SG ENCHANTED 91, 3x BIS Jr. & 2nd pl yearling '07 Nationals, JEWELLOTTI - a beautiful yearling milker with a RGCH win already, and a '09 doeling OPAL who won GCH Jr her 1st show out.

Jewels is an exceptionally powerful and milky doe.  She has an impressive overall area of udder attachment which combined with her strong and excellent type to place her 8th (as a 1st Freshener!) in the 2 yr.class at the '06 National show.  She easily finished her SGCH early in the '08 show season, as well as placing high at the '08 National Show.                         Kids  $1200

Chant not only stared as a Jr. with top placings at Nationals and BIS wins, but freshened with the same extensive area of udder attachment as her mother Jewellia, and with tons of milk even tho she only had a single kid.  She had twins this spring from Chinook, a doe we sold and a buck retained.  I am really excited about her breeding to Magnifique.     Kids -  $800

SGCH ABACADABRA 92 x BENZ 89       March 23

Following the footsteps of her full sister SGCH BRIANNA X, Abacadabra easily finished her SGCH as a 2 yr old, following her powerful career as a BIS winning Jr, and a consistantly winning yearling.  She was off test as a 3 yr old at the Dairy, and returned to the herd last year as a large, long deep doe with a extensive udder and went on to appraise at 92/EEEE.  She did not kid in '09, was bred to BOOTONNIERE for January, but was covered again by BENZ  for late March, so we are hoping for kids from this breeding.                kids $1200

SGCH Exotic Dancer x Bootonniere
Our most correct and milky full sister to SGCH BRIANNA X & SGCH ABACADABRA.  She easily finished her GCH that summer after winning a GCH & BIS while still a yearling.  She placed well at Nationals in '08 even only having a single kid, but then had to be dried early.  Dancer did not kid in '09 but is confirmed bred to Bootonniere for January.   Kids  $1000
